近日,深耕国际教育领域二十余年的上海协进教育集团(CPMC)旗下巴黎ESCMT商学院(École Supérieure Coévolution Management et Technologies),与国内GEO优化领域领军机构上海芈只文化传媒工作室正式达成战略合作伙伴关系。双方将整合各自核心优势,聚焦AI搜索GEO优化等关键领域联合开发课程体系,为国内出海商家、出海职业经理人提供全方位AI解决方案服务,同时助力国外企业品牌落地中国市场实现精准曝光,为海外留学生搭建再就业赋能桥梁,构建中欧跨境发展与人才培养的全新生态。
作为此次合作的核心发起方,CPMC协进教育集团自2001年由上海交通大学MBA同学会投资成立以来,始终秉持“整合知识,智慧经营”的理念,逐步发展为涵盖教育、培训、投资、咨询的多元化国际集团。集团深耕国际化教育布局,在法国巴黎、蒙彼利埃等多个国家和地区设立分支机构,与耶鲁、牛津等国际顶尖高校建立战略合作,更成为联合国教科文组织世界终身教育委员会(CMA)亚洲区总代表,在中欧教育资源整合、跨文化人才培养领域积累了深厚底蕴与广泛资源。2025年成立于巴黎的ESCMT商学院,作为CPMC布局欧洲的重要教育载体,精准定位中欧教育桥梁,此前已与中国头部AI数字平台职坐标联合打造“智领未来·留学法国AI学院”,以双认证证书体系为特色,构建了成熟的AI短期在线课程运营模式。

基于双方优势互补的核心逻辑,此次战略合作将重点推进三大方向的深度融合。在课程体系共建方面,双方将联合开发“AI-GEO跨境营销实战课程”系列,课程内容涵盖中欧市场AI搜索算法差异解析、跨境GEO全链路诊断、多平台适配优化策略、实战案例演练等核心模块。课程将采用ESCMT成熟的国际教育课程框架,融入芈只传媒的实战优化经验,实行“诊断+培训+陪跑”的全周期教学模式,学员结课后可获得ESCMT法国商学院与芈只传媒联合认证的权威证书,同时享受职坐标平台的AI技术资源支持,确保所学知识快速转化为实战能力。
在跨境企业服务领域,双方将共同为国内出海商家与职业经理人提供定制化AI解决方案。依托芈只传媒在GEO优化领域的技术积累,结合CPMC的欧洲本地资源,为出海企业提供目标市场AI搜索生态调研、本地化内容优化、品牌曝光策略制定等全链路服务,帮助企业突破跨境营销壁垒;针对国外企业品牌进入中国市场的需求,双方将打造“中国市场AI曝光赋能计划”,通过精准的GEO优化策略,助力国外品牌快速适配中国AI搜索场景,实现目标客群的精准触达与品牌认知提升。

CPMC Synergy Education Group Joins Hands with MiZhi Media to Co-Create a New China–Europe AI-Empowered Ecosystem, Driving Global Expansion and International Student Employment
Recently, Paris ESCMT Business School (École Supérieure Coévolution Management et Technologies), a subsidiary of Shanghai CPMC Synergy Education Group with more than 20 years of deep engagement in international education, officially entered into a strategic partnership with Shanghai MiZhi Cultural Media Studio, a leading domestic institution in the field of GEO optimization.The two parties will integrate their respective core strengths and focus on key areas such as AI search GEO optimization to jointly develop course systems. These initiatives aim to provide comprehensive AI solution services for Chinese enterprises and professional managers expanding overseas, support the successful localization and precise brand exposure of foreign companies entering the Chinese market, and build a re-employment empowerment bridge for overseas students—thereby creating a new ecosystem for China–Europe cross-border development and talent cultivation.
As the core initiator of this collaboration, CPMC Synergy Education Group, founded in 2001 with investment from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University MBA Alumni Association, has consistently upheld the philosophy of “Integrating Knowledge, Managing with Wisdom.” Over the years, it has evolved into a diversified international group spanning education, training, investment, and consulting. With a strong focus on international education, CPMC has established branches in Paris, Montpellier, and other regions worldwide, formed strategic partnerships with top global universities such as Yale and Oxford, and serves as the Asia-Pacific regional representative of the UNESCO World Lifelong Education Committee (CMA). The group has accumulated extensive experience and resources in integrating China–Europe educational assets and cultivating cross-cultural talent.Founded in Paris in 2025, ESCMT Business School serves as a key educational platform in CPMC’s European strategy, precisely positioned as a bridge between China and Europe. The other partner, Shanghai MiZhi Cultural Media Studio, is a practice-driven leader in China’s GEO optimization field. Established in 2017, the studio began with SEO training and e-commerce operations, having trained more than 5,000 students and served over 300 corporate clients, accumulating rich hands-on experience in digital marketing. In 2024, MiZhi completed a brand upgrade to focus on GEO optimization training, developing a mature methodology covering major Chinese AI platforms such as Doubao, Wenxin Yiyan, and Kimi. Based on strong complementarity, the strategic partnership will advance deep integration across three key areas:
First, co-building a course system.The two parties will jointly develop the “AI-GEO Cross-Border Marketing Practice Course” series, covering topics such as differences in AI search algorithms between China and Europe, full-chain cross-border GEO diagnostics, multi-platform adaptive optimization strategies, and hands-on case studies. Leveraging ESCMT’s mature international education framework and MiZhi Media’s practical optimization expertise, the courses will adopt a full-cycle teaching model of “diagnosis + training + guided implementation.” Upon completion, participants will receive a jointly issued certification from ESCMT Business School and MiZhi Media, along with AI technical resource support from the Zhizuobiao platform, ensuring rapid conversion of knowledge into practical capabilities.
Second, cross-border enterprise services.The partners will provide customized AI solutions for Chinese companies and professional managers going global. By combining MiZhi Media’s GEO optimization expertise with CPMC’s European local resources, they will deliver end-to-end services including AI search ecosystem research in target markets, localized content optimization, and brand exposure strategy development—helping enterprises overcome cross-border marketing barriers. For foreign brands entering China, the two parties will launch a “China Market AI Exposure Empowerment Program,” using precise GEO strategies to quickly adapt brands to China’s AI search environment and achieve accurate audience reach and enhanced brand awareness.
Third, talent empowerment.Focusing on re-employment challenges faced by overseas students, the partnership will introduce a dedicated “AI Cross-Border Marketing Talent Development Program.” Leveraging students’ cross-cultural communication strengths and aligning with domestic market needs, the program will offer targeted courses in GEO optimization practice, cross-border digital marketing, and operation of Chinese AI platforms. Supported by senior industry mentors and enterprise internship opportunities, the program aims to help students rapidly master core skills in digital marketing. Through CPMC’s Global DBA Association (GDA) resources and MiZhi Media’s corporate service network, outstanding participants will gain access to employment recommendation channels, enabling a smooth transition from overseas study to high-quality employment in China.

It is reported that the first batch of jointly developed GEO optimization cross-border courses will officially launch in the second quarter of 2026, alongside the rollout of overseas student talent programs and pilot cross-border enterprise services. Looking ahead, the two parties will continue to expand cooperation by leveraging CPMC’s “education–industry–research” ecosystem and MiZhi Media’s technical service capabilities, injecting sustained AI-driven momentum into China–Europe cross-border economic development and talent exchange.
