Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ESCMT programs and services. We value your trust and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process.

1. General Policy

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@escmt.fr.

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

• Processing times may vary, but we aim to complete refunds within 14 business days once approved.

2. Programs, Courses, and Events

• Cancellation by participant:

  • Requests made 30 days or more before the program start date: 100% refund.

  • Requests made 15–29 days before: 50% refund.

  • Requests made less than 15 days before: non-refundable.

• Cancellation by ESCMT:

  • If ESCMT cancels or reschedules a program, participants may choose a full refund or a credit transfer to another session.

3. Digital Products / Online Services

• Digital materials, once delivered, are non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure

If a program cannot be held due to circumstances beyond ESCMT’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), ESCMT will offer an alternative arrangement or credit transfer.
